My story could be a long one, but like so many other people, I lost someone close to me from Cancer. My Dad. My Dad was the funniest person you could of met. The stories he used to tell me, when he taught me to ride my bike, when we went to fun runs together. All of the things that I will now miss out on, all of the memories we could of made. Through the good times and the bad times he was there. Whether I was good or bad!
I like to think that I live on for my Dad and I certainly have his humour! I have now missed my Dad since I was 17 and now at 35, I always will. But his memory will always live on.
These are the reasons I want to help the families and those living with Cancer. To make thier quality of life just that little bit easier and more comfortable.
